New York, New York. March 2020 – In partnership with GenNx360 Capital Partners, GenServe, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Atlantic Switch And Generator (“ASG”).
Based in Pennsauken, NJ, ASG provides maintenance and repair services to industrial generators and backup power solutions, as well as generator and equipment sales and rentals. They have extensive knowledge of emergency generators, diesel, gasoline, and natural gas engines, automatic transfer switches, generator paralleling systems and related control equipment.
ASG has over 80 years of combined experience in generator and switch repair and currently serves some of the area’s largest hospitals, casinos, universities and industrial facilities.
The strategic acquisition of ASG allows GenServe to continue to strengthen its repair and maintenance portfolio in the Southern New Jersey area while further expanding into states further south such as Delaware and Maryland.
